1. The Service

marketing.erkamdemirci.com and the developer applications registered under it (the “Service”) constitute a private content-publishing tool operated by Erkam Demirci (the “Operator”). The Service schedules and publishes content to social-media accounts owned by the Operator, using the official Meta (Instagram) and TikTok APIs.

2. No public use

The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone other than the Operator. There is no registration, subscription, or paid offering. Access to the operator dashboard is restricted by authentication.

3. Acceptable use

The Service is used in compliance with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, and the Meta Platform Terms. Published content is original or licensed to the Operator.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” for the Operator’s own use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given and no liability is accepted toward third parties for the availability of this site or its media files.
