This website (marketing.erkamdemirci.com) and the applications registered under it (the “Service”) are operated by Erkam Demirci as a private, single-operator content-publishing tool. The Service prepares and publishes social-media content to accounts owned and controlled by the operator, via the official Meta (Instagram) and TikTok developer APIs.

What data we collect

The Service is not offered to the public and has no end users other than its operator. It does not collect, store, or process personal data of visitors or third parties. Specifically:

• No visitor accounts, sign-ups, cookies for tracking, or analytics profiles.
• Platform access tokens for the operator’s own social-media accounts are stored encrypted and used solely to publish content to those accounts and to read their aggregate performance statistics (views, likes, comments).
• No data about any person other than the operator is requested from the Meta or TikTok APIs.

Media files

Files under /media/ are content images and videos created by the operator for publishing. They contain no personal data and are marked noindex for search engines.

Data sharing

No data is sold or shared with third parties. API communication happens directly with Meta and TikTok under their respective terms.

Data deletion

To request deletion of any data related to the operator’s platform connections, or for any privacy question, contact erkmdmrc@gmail.com. Revoking the app’s access from your platform settings also invalidates its tokens.
